Sheermaal of Pampore

Sheermaal is a safron-flavored flatbread. It has a Persian origin and Mughal emperors introduced Sheermal in the region. The Kashmir Walla's Aleena Mir visited Pampor town, famous for saffron, to know more about Sheermals.
