As you all know, today, on November 5, in Rawalakot, at the peaceful sit-ins in Rawalakot, once again, Pakistan's oppressive, murderous, tyrannical forces, Pakistan's paramilitary forces have once again displayed terrorism. At both of our peaceful sit-ins,

one at Farooq-e-Azam Chowk and the other at the bus terminal, both sit-ins were attacked. Prior to this, using military weapons, today early morning, before Fajr, this attack was initiated. And prior to this, a few days ago, here... about two or three days ago,

the Prime Minister imposed upon us came here, he came here, and upon coming here, regarding this operation, took the forces here into confidence and issued orders to them. And at this time, I will ask a question to those people who played with blood here today, who martyred innocent people here and injured them.

And those people who, on the day the Prime Minister came to Rawalakot, stood in front to welcome him, I would be justified in saying that in this bloodshed and slaughter, all those people, all those facilitators who stood to welcome the Prime Minister, who came and welcomed him, are all complicit in this.

Ehtesham Younas, Atif Yadrees, Adil Rashid—these three youths who belong to Rawalakot here, from Chhambanad and Mang Morr, were martyred, whose martyrdoms took place in Farooq-e-Azam Chowk. And at this time, dozens of our people have been injured,

and medical aid is ongoing for them. And similarly, at our bus terminal, there, although there is no confirmed report of martyrdom yet, there are reports that, including one of our sisters, dozens of people have been injured and are critically wounded. Along with that, at the house of a citizen near the bus terminal, by the sit-in,

a drone attack was carried out on his house, catching fire,

Rebuttal of Police Narrative

and his house was destroyed and devastated. I believe that today, Pakistan's oppressive, tyrannical, murderous forces used military weapons—LMGs, RPGs, snipers, and similarly drone attacks were carried out. In particular, our comrades who were martyred and injured were victims of that drone attack.

In such circumstances, on this occasion today, a press release was issued by the DIG from the police here, and statements completely contrary to facts were given to the press, claiming that at the bus terminal, there was a checkpoint, and while clearing that checkpoint and road, they were attacked, and such false narratives were made.

Everyone knows that since yesterday their movements were visible, and especially today after 4:00 AM, they advanced from both sides, both directions, and not just from both directions, but also from Azad Pattan, they tried to advance two or three times and attacked, and similarly they attacked here as well.

So I would like to ask the DIG Sahib: on one hand you claim that at the bus terminal there were some miscreants, so I ask, regarding the drone attacks carried out today, the evidence for which has now come to light, your drones have also been exposed, the attacks you launched,

all those weapons have also been exposed. Here, military weapons were used against peaceful citizens, which legally and under international law is completely unacceptable. In this regard, first of all, I refute the statement of the DIG, and on behalf of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, state that it is contrary to facts.

Attacks were launched from both sides, attacks were launched against peaceful citizens, martyrdoms occurred, people were injured, and on this occasion, on behalf of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, I appeal to the international media, and likewise to the people of Pakistan.

Because we believe that war crimes are being committed here, the weapons being used, the banned weapons being used against unarmed citizens who are sitting peacefully for their fundamental rights. In this context, the United Nations, human rights organizations,

and our international media should be given access, so that they can come and witness whether the people here are peaceful citizens or terrorists, as false narratives of terrorism are being framed to carry out a massacre against unarmed citizens. In this regard, it is my request and appeal to the people of Pakistan: that today if your forces, your oppressive, tyrannical,

occupying, and terrorist forces are using military weapons against unarmed Kashmiris, oppressed and subjugated Kashmiris,

then if you remain silent today, surely its repercussions will reach every corner of Pakistan, to the oppressed, subjugated, and working-class people of Pakistan. In this situation, I urge the people of Pakistan, humanitarians of Pakistan, politicians, media persons, all the people, to everyone, the public,

our main appeal is to raise your voice against these terrorist forces of Pakistan. Similarly, to our overseas Kashmiris, it is our appeal that just as over the past five months you have joined your voices with ours, and made our voice effective on the diplomatic front, they must continue to play their role.

And together, to the people of Poonch division, it is our humble request and appeal; similarly, our request and appeal is to the people of Muzaffarabad division, our request and appeal is to the people of Mirpur division, that against this oppression, aggression, brutality, against this terrorism, come out of your homes,

and those who can reach Rawalakot should immediately, urgently, try to reach Rawalakot. And those who cannot reach Rawalakot, in their cities, in their towns, in their villages, everywhere, against this oppression, brutality, and bloodshed, against the terrorism by Pakistani institutions and Pakistani forces,

raise your voice. Just as today, I would like to congratulate Muzaffarabad, the male and female students of the University of Muzaffarabad, as soon as they heard about this attack, this terrorism, they immediately boycotted classes and staged a full protest inside the university. On this occasion, I pay tribute to the honorable, courageous male and female students of Muzaffarabad,

and I also appeal to the rest of the public, to the people of Muzaffarabad division, and to the people of Mirpur division, to immediately raise their voice against this brutality. Likewise, repeatedly, right now at our Farooq-e-Azam Chowk, drone attacks are being carried out repeatedly.

In this context, this is terrorism, this is aggression, this is a violation of international laws to use military weapons against unarmed public. We appeal to the United Nations to take immediate notice of this, just as the United Nations, a month ago, called them to answer regarding their crackdown against local actions, against declaring JAC banned, against the massacre of human lives,

just as the United Nations demanded answers from them, similarly we again appeal to the United Nations, to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, to that organization, and to all human rights organizations, to intervene immediately in Pakistan-administered Jammu Kashmir, and play their role to stop this bloodshed and the humanitarian tragedy about to unfold. اور اس کا گھر جو تباہ و برباد کر دیا گیا۔ میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ اج جو ہے یہاں پہ پاکستان کی ظالم، جابر، قاتل فورسز نے جنگی ہتھیاروں کا استعمال کیا، ایل ایم جی، آر پی جی، سنائپر، اور اسی طرح ڈراؤن اٹیک کیے گئے۔ بالخصوص یہ جو ہمارے ساتھی شہید ہوئے، جو زخمی ہوئے، یہ ڈراؤن اٹیک کی، اس حملے کی وجہ سے ہوئے۔

تو میں ایسے میں اج اس موقع پہ، ایک تو اپنے، جو ہمارے یہاں پہ ایک پولیس کی طرف سے ایک پریس ریلیز جاری کی گئی ڈی ائی جی کی طرف سے، اور بالکل جو ہے خلاف حقائق جو ہے اس کی پریس میں دیا گیا کہ ہم بس ٹرمینل میں وہاں پہ ناکہ تھا، اور اس ناکے کو، سڑک کو کلیئر کرنے جا رہے تھے، اور وہاں پہ ہم پہ حملہ کیا گیا اور اس طرح کی ایک،

کیونکہ سارے لوگ جانتے ہیں کہ کل سے جو ہے یہاں پہ جو ان کی نقل و حرکت تھی اور خاص کر کے جو اج صبح چار بجے کے بعد، انہوں نے دونوں طرف، دونوں اطراف، اور نہ صرف دونوں اطراف بلکہ ازاد پتن کے مقام سے بھی دو تین مرتبہ انہوں نے اگے بڑھنے کی کوشش کی، اٹیک کیا، اور اسی طرح یہاں پہ بھی انہوں نے اٹیک کیا۔

تو میں ڈی آئی جی صاحب سے پوچھوں گا، کہ ایک طرف اپ کہہ رہے ہیں کہ بس ٹرمینل میں اس طرح کا کچھ شرپسند عناصر تھے، تو میں پوچھوں گا کہ یہ جو اج اپ نے جو ڈراؤن اٹیک کیے، اور جس کے ثبوت جو ہے ان کے جو وہ سامنے ا چکے ہیں، اپ کے جو ڈرون بھی سامنے ا چکے ہیں، اپ نے جو اٹیکس کیے،

اقوام متحدہ اور انسانی حقوق کے اداروں سے اپیل

وہ ہتھیار بھی سارے سامنے ا چکے ہیں، تو یہاں پہ پرامن شہریوں پہ جو جنگی ہتھیاروں کا استعمال کیا گیا، جو قانونی طور پر عالمی قانون کے مطابق جو کسی صورت درست نہیں ہے۔ تو اس اعتبار سے میں ایک تو اس ڈی آئی جی کے اس بیان کو اس کی تردید کروں گا اور اس سے ان ہونے اور خلاف حقائق اس بیان کی جو ہے جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی جانب سے کہ یہ خلاف حقائق ہے۔

دونوں اطراف سے حملے کیے گئے۔ پرامن شہریوں پر حملے کیے گئے۔ ان کی شہادتیں ہوئیں وہ زخمی ہوئے۔ اور یہ سارا جو سلسلہ تو اس موقع پہ میں جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی جانب سے ایک تو میں اپنا جو ہمارا انٹرنیشنل میڈیا ہے، اور اسی طرح پاکستانی عوام ہے۔

اور اسی طرح جو ہمارے انٹرنیشنل میڈیا ہے اس کو ایکسس دی جائے تاکہ وہ اکے دیکھے یہاں پہ کہ ایا یہاں پہ پرامن شہری ہیں یا کوئی دہشت گرد ہیں، جو نام نہاد قسم کا ایک دہشت گردی کا بیانیہ بنا کے جو ہے کہ نہتے شہریوں پہ ان کا قتل عام کیا گیا۔ تو اس اعتبار سے میری پاکستانی عوام سے گزارش ہے، اپیل ہے کہ اج اگر اپ کی فورسز، اپ کی ظالم، جابر

اور قابض فورسز، دہشت گرد فورسز، اگر کشمیریوں، نہتے کشمیریوں پہ، مظلوم اور محکوم کشمیریوں پہ اس طرح جنگی ہتھیاروں کا استعمال کر رہے ہیں،

ریاست بھر کے عوام اور طلبہ کے نام احتجاج کی کال

تو اگر اپ کی اج خاموشی ہوگی، تو یقینا اس کے اثرات اپ کے پاکستان کے چپے چپے میں، پاکستان کے مظلوم، محکوم اور محنت کش عوام تک جائیں گے۔ تو ایسے میں اپ کی، میں پاکستانی عوام، پاکستان کے انسان دوست، جو پولیٹیشنز ہیں، جو میڈیا پرسن ہیں، جتنے بھی لوگ ہیں ان ساروں سے، عوام سے،

سب سے ہماری اپیل ہے کہ اس پاکستان کی دہشت گرد فورسز کے خلاف جو ہے اواز بلند کریں۔ اسی طرح ہمارے اوورسیز کشمیری ہیں، ان سے بھی ہماری اپیل ہے کہ وہ جس طرح پچھلے پانچ ماہ سے ہماری اوازوں کے ساتھ اواز ملا رہے ہیں، ہماری اوازوں کو ڈپلومیٹک فرنٹ پہ اسے موثر بنانے میں کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں، وہ بھی اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔

اور ساتھ جو ہے ہمارے جو پونچھ ڈویژن کی عوام ہے، ان سے ہماری گزارش ہے، اپیل ہے۔ اسی طرح ہماری گزارش ہے، اپیل ہے مظفراباد ڈویژن کی عوام سے، ہماری گزارش ہے، اپیل ہے میرپور ڈویژن کی عوام سے، کہ اس ظلم، جارحیت، بربریت، اس دہشت گردی کے خلاف جو ہے، گھروں سے باہر نکلیں

اور میں باقی عوام سے بھی، مظفراباد ڈویژن کی عوام سے بھی، میرپور ڈویژن کی عوام سے بھی، ان سے گزارش کروں گا کہ وہ اس سے، وہ فوری طور پہ اس کے خلاف، اس بربریت کے خلاف اپنی اواز بلند کریں۔ اسی طرح ابھی، ابھی بار بار یہ جو ہمارا فاروق اعظم چوک ہے، اس میں بار بار ڈراؤن اٹیک کیے جا رہے ہیں۔

اس حوالے سے یہ دہشت گردی ہے، یہ جارحیت ہے، یہ عالمی قوانین کی خلاف ورزی ہے کہ اپ جنگی ہتھیاروں کا استعمال نہتے عوام پہ کریں۔ ہم یونائیٹڈ نیشن سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ فوری طور پہ اس کا نوٹس لیں، جس طرح یونائیٹڈ نیشن نے ایک ماہ قبل یہاں پہ ان کے، ان کو جواب طلبی کی، ان کے یہاں پہ ڈونگ ایکشن کے خلاف، یہاں کو جیک کو کالعدم قرار دینے کے خلاف، جہاں پہ انسانی جانوں کے جو ہے ان کے قتل عام کے خلاف،

جس طرح یونائیٹڈ نیشن نے ان سے جواب طلبی کی، اسی طرح ہم پھر یونائیٹڈ نیشن سے، یونائیٹڈ نیشن کے سیکرٹری جنرل سے، اس ارگنائزیشن سے، تمام ہیومن رائٹس ارگنائزیشن سے اپیل کرتے ہیں، کہ وہ فوری طور پر مداخلت کرتے ہوئے، پاکستانی ایڈمنسٹریٹڈ جموں کشمیر کے اندر، اس خون ریزی، اس جو انسانی المیہ ہونے جا رہا ہے، اس کو روکنے کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔ بہت بہت شکریہ۔

جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے رہنما سردار عمر نذیر کشمیری نے راولاکوٹ، آزاد جموں و کشمیر میں پرامن دھرنوں پر سیکیورٹی فورسز کے مبینہ پرتشدد کریک ڈاؤن کے حوالے سے اہم بیان جاری کیا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ فاروق اعظم چوک اور بس ٹرمینل پر قائم احتجاجی کیمپوں پر پولیس اور پیرا ملٹری فورسز نے جنگی ہتھیاروں، شیلنگ، اسنائپرز اور ڈرون کے ذریعے حملہ کیا۔ ان کے مطابق اس کارروائی میں تین نوجوان جاں بحق اور درجنوں افراد زخمی ہوئے جبکہ کئی املاک کو نقصان پہنچا۔ انہوں نے ڈی آئی جی پولیس کی جانب سے جاری کردہ اس پریس ریلیز کو سختی سے مسترد کیا جس میں مظاہرین کو شرپسند عناصر قرار دے کر راستے کھلوانے کا دعویٰ کیا گیا تھا۔ انہوں نے اقوام متحدہ، عالمی انسانی حقوق کی تنظیموں، تارکین وطن اور ریاست بھر کے عوام سے ریاستی جبر کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے کی اپیل کی۔
