Yes, In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Thank you very much. This is a very sensitive question, and today this question is also posed to the entire political leadership of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. And especially those who for the past almost 79 years have been beating the drum of freedom for the State of Jammu and Kashmir, who across the world were carrying this voice. Around the world, those people who devoured donations in the name of this freedom, and lengthened their politics through this freedom campaign. Today, this question is for them as well.

But unfortunately, not a word is coming out of their mouths regarding this. So I definitely want to convey this message to them, to those in power I certainly want to convey this: that the unarmed people in Occupied Kashmir, the innocent people who for the past 79 years have been looking towards this land, looking towards this base camp of freedom, so such a move that is being talked about, I believe that this is meant to weaken that freedom movement. And all the people living there, their sacrifices,

are being tarnished, and a night ambush is being mounted. In this State of Jammu and Kashmir, which used to be called the base camp of freedom, today talks are underway here to make it a province. So, Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee is struggling for its fundamental rights, talking about healthcare, education, and employment for its people within its state. However, we are serious and convinced about the fact that all these things have their place, but what is my birthright, which is the freedom of my State of Jammu and Kashmir, there is no compromise on that for us, and that is our red line.

So in this regard, if any such arrangement is made or any such action is taken, the response to it will be extremely severe, and it won't just come from the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, I believe that wherever Kashmiris are living across the world, the diaspora, wherever people are living who have devoted their entire lives for this cause, for this purpose, so God willing, I invite them as well to come together if such an act occurs, forgetting all differences, for the survival of our state, for the prosperity of our state,

and for the freedom of the entire State of Jammu and Kashmir, we will be compelled to move forward to take the next step, setting all these things aside. Along with this, however, the members in the assembly and all our so-called political leadership, whatever they are like, we may have a hundred differences with them, but we believe that the survival of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, especially strengthening the base camp in the state of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, is the survival of the entire nation.

تو جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی اپنے بنیادی حقوق کی سٹرگل کر رہی ہے، اپنے ریاست کے اندر اپنے لوگوں کے علاج، اپنی تعلیم، اپنے روزگار کی بات کر رہی ہے۔ لیکن ہم اس بات پہ سنجیدہ ہیں اور کنونس ہیں کہ یہ سب چیزیں اپنی جگہ لیکن جو میرا پیدائشی حق ہے، جو میری ریاست جموں و کشمیر کی آزادی کی بات ہے، اس پہ ہمارا کوئی کمپرومائز نہیں ہے اور وہ ہماری ریڈ لائن ہے۔ تو اس لحاظ سے اگر ایسی کوئی بھی جو ہے وہ ترتیب کی گئی یا ایسا کوئی بھی عمل کیا گیا تو اس کا جو جواب ملے گا، وہ نہایت ہی سخت ہو گا اور صرف جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی طرف سے نہیں ہو گا، وہ

میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ پوری دنیا میں جہاں جہاں پہ کشمیری بس رہا ہے، ڈائیسپورا، جہاں جہاں پہ لوگ بس رہے ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی پوری پوری زندگیاں دی ہیں اس کاز کے لیے، اس مقصد کے لیے، تو انشاءاللہ تعالیٰ میں ان کو بھی یہ دعوت دیتا ہوں کہ آئیں مل کر جو ہے اگر ایسی ایسا کوئی عمل ہوتا ہے، تو ہم تمام اختلافات کو بھولتے ہوئے، ہم اپنی ریاست کی بقا کے لیے، اپنی ریاست کی خوشحالی کے لیے اور اپنی ریاست جموں و کشمیر کی پوری ریاست مندہ ریاست کی آزادی کے لیے جو ہے وہ اگلا سٹیپ لینے میں مجبورا ان تمام چیزوں کو بالا طاق رکھتے ہوئے ہم آگے بڑھیں گے۔

لیکن اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ہی جو اسمبلی میں ممبران ہیں جو اور جو ہماری سیاسی قیادت ہے جتنی بھی نام نہاد، وہ جیسے بھی ہیں ہمارے سو اختلافات ان سے ہو سکتے ہیں، لیکن ہم یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ ریاست جموں و کشمیر کی بقا بالخصوص ریاست آزاد جموں و کشمیر میں جو بیس کیمپ ہے، اسے مضبوط کرنا ہی پوری قوم کی بقا ہے۔
