As you know, on behalf of Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee on November 9, a call has been given to stage a wheel-jam, shutter down, peaceful protest. Addressing the proud people of Bhimber, I would say to stand by this call of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee. As you can see, at Dhirkot and Rawalakot, for nearly five months,

a sit-in was being staged; it was held because advancing forward would cause harm, loss of life. Despite that, a crackdown was carried out on the public by the forces, resulting in the martyrdom of countless of our youth. And yesterday as well, as you can see how the crackdown was conducted, three of our youth were martyred. Now is the time to stand with your brothers. To the proud people of Bhimber, I would make a heartfelt appeal to them, to observe a shutter down on November 9, observe a wheel-jam strike, and stand with the people of Poonch.

As you can see, yesterday in Muzaffarabad, the youth of Muzaffarabad stood with the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, they staged a peaceful protest and also held a sit-in there. In the same way, I urge the proud people of Bhimber to come out with full force on November 9, observe shutter-down, observe wheel-jam. This is the time to express solidarity with your brothers.
