I, Arbab Advocate, from the Poonch Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee, request the people of the Thorar subdivision, the people of the Mandhole subdivision, and similarly the people of the Rawalakot subdivision, that tomorrow, on the date of November 7, Saturday, at 1:00 PM at Mutialmera,

the oppression and coercion that the state has carried to extremes at this time, the attacks that were carried out on all the people of Mutialmera, on their homes, where very large RPG shells were fired, similarly, the drone attacks that were conducted to end our peaceful sit-in, the tactics that were used, and even now the firing is continuously going on,

Call for public mobilization and Rawalakot march

so I would request all the people that tomorrow, November 7, at 1:00 PM, they should reach Mutialmera so that we can organize our protest against this oppression and tyranny. Not only the general public, but I also appeal to all our women, the elderly, students, religious scholars, people belonging to every walk of life, and I would also request the traders and transporters to stage a full protest against this oppression and coercion.

In this regard, tomorrow at 11:00 AM there will be a rally at Thorar, and from there we will proceed in the form of a caravan towards Rawalakot. I expect from all of you gentlemen that, just as in the past you fought a full battle against this tyranny and oppression,

and resisted the cruel and oppressive forces, you should also participate fully in tomorrow's program, record your protest, and make the world understand that by blocking our food, by cutting off our medicines, by stopping our freedom of movement, and by launching attacks from all four sides with both small and large war weapons, the massacre of the people here being carried out by the state forces— you must give a full reply against that. ہم نے جو اس وقت ریاست نے ظلم و جبر کی انتہا کر دی ہے تمام تر جو متیال مرا کے عوام تھے وہاں کے گھروں کے اوپر جو حملے کیے جو یہاں بہت بڑی آر پی جی جو گولے تھے وہ داغے اسی طرح سے جو ڈرون اٹیکس کیے، جو ہماری پرامن دھرنا تھا اس کو ختم کرنے کے لیے جو حربے استعمال کیے گئے ہیں اور ابھی تک بھی فائرنگ جاری و ساری ہے۔

عوامی متحرک سازی اور راولاکوٹ مارچ کا اعلان

تو میں تمام تر عوام سے گزارش کروں گا کہ کل مورخہ 7 نومبر ایک بجے وہ متیال مرا کے مقام پہ پہنچیں تاکہ ہم لوگ اس ظلم اور جبر کے خلاف اپنے احتجاج کو منظم کر سکیں۔ میں صرف عوام سے ہی نہیں بلکہ میں تمام تر اپنی خواتین سے، بزرگوں سے، طلباء و طالبات سے، علماء سے، اپنے ہر ایک طبقے سے تعلق رکھنے والے تاجر، ٹرانسپورٹرز سے بھی گزارش کروں گا کہ وہ اس ظلم اور جبر کے خلاف بھرپور احتجاج کریں۔

تو اس ضمن میں کل 11 بجے تھوراڑ کے مقام پہ ریلی بھی ہوگی اور وہاں سے ہم ایک قافلے کی شکل میں راولاکوٹ کی طرف رواں دواں ہوں گے۔ آپ تمام حضرات سے میں یہی امید رکھتا ہوں کہ جس طرح سے ماضی کے اندر آپ نے اس ظلم اور جبر کے خلاف بھرپور جنگ کا، جنگ لڑی ہے
