Umer Qayoom Bhat, 17, was allegedly beaten in police custody during the 2010 uprising and died at a hospital a few days later. Eleven years later, there is no progress in the police investigation and the charge sheet is yet to be filed. Reported by Umer Asif. Edited by @Asif Hamid
